Non-Profit Interior Design   |   Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Athens, GA

4,000 sqft commercial interior renovation encompassing the church's Fellowship Hall, commercial kitchen, and bathroom.

Overall Project Goals

The goal was to create a space that is multifunctional, timeless, and encourages community. A full-service commercial kitchen was also needed.

Challenges

It was a challenge to create a space that is functional, pleasing to the eye, and that would hold up to the daily wear and love of the many small hands that utilize this space through the service of Downtown Academy. Simply put, this church serves and this space needs to serve many users.

Materials Used

Solid Walnut Tongue and Grove Accent Walls, Refurbished Existing Windows, Armstrong Optima Capz, Caesarstone, Custom Lighting, Stained Concrete, and Vycon Vinyl Wallcovering (a handsome grasscloth look-a-like).
